{"id":20319,"date":"2020-04-09T20:08:39","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T13:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sastra.um.ac.id\/?page_id=20319"},"modified":"2021-05-18T16:42:50","modified_gmt":"2021-05-18T09:42:50","slug":"ujianjsi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sastra.um.ac.id\/en\/ujianjsi\/","title":{"rendered":"Final Project Examination Procedure \/ Online Thesis | Department of Indonesian Literature"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>INDONESIAN LITERATURE DEPARTMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>General requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Final Project \/ Thesis Examination is carried out after the thesis script is approved by the supervisor for testing.<\/li>\n<li>The Final Project Examiner Team consists of 2 or 3 lecturers appointed by the Dean on the recommendation of the Head of the Department.<\/li>\n<li>The Thesis Examiner Team consists of 3 people appointed by the Dean upon the recommendation of the Head of the Department \/ Study Program Coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>The Final Project \/ Thesis Examiner Team consists of the main examiner and the supervisor who acts as the chief examiner.<\/li>\n<li>Final Project Examination \/ Thesis will take 60-90 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Final Project \/ Thesis Manuscripts submitted to the Department and Examiners no later than 7 (seven) days before the exam date.<\/li>\n<li>The results of the Final Project \/ Thesis assessment are determined by the Examining Team with the qualifications (a) Passing without revision, (b) Passing with revision, or (c) Not Passing.<\/li>\n<li>The results of the assessment are announced by the Chief Examiner after the exam is declared complete.<\/li>\n<li>Students are declared to have passed the Final \/ Thesis examination if the assessment conclusion value is as low as C.<\/li>\n<li>Scientific papers for theses, theses and dissertations are required to attach a similarity test certificate (<em>similarity check<\/em>). BEFORE EXAM<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>College student:<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter the Final Project \/ Thesis script is declared feasible by the Supervisor, requesting approval for the examination from the Supervisor through the application\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\"><strong>WA<\/strong> <\/span>or <span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\"><strong>E-mail<\/strong><\/span>, by including:<br \/>\n- NIM<br \/>\n- Name<br \/>\n- Study Program<br \/>\n- Website link to the Test Approval Form page<br \/>\n- Completely filled in the Test Approval Sheet file (.doc)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sastra.um.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Lembar-Persetujuan-Ujian.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Exam Approval Template<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Supervisor:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Provide exam approval and upload the Test Approval Sheet File, via the following form.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfE7kCYkDa5Ic_k9emXPM3WG0mrAtxsm3crQGyisLJYqLWb6Q\/viewform?usp=sf_link\">Test Approval Form<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>College student:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Register \/ apply for an exam and upload all exam requirement files via the following form, including:<br \/>\na. Final Project \/ Thesis script file (in .doc format)<br \/>\nb. KRS file (in .pdf format)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/UjianSkripsiJSI\">Exam Registration Form<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Major:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Checking all exam requirement files including the exam approval from the Advisor, and periodically announcing the exam schedule, through the Department&#039;s website.<br \/>\n2. Sending exam schedules, Minutes File and Exam Assessment Sheet Files (in .doc format) to examiners, via the E-Office<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jsi.sastra.um.ac.id\/\">Department website<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 5<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>College student:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Contact and send the Final Project \/ Thesis Manuscript File (in .doc format) to the examiners, via the application <span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\"><strong>WA<\/strong> <\/span>or <span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\"><strong>E-mail<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Testers:<\/strong><br \/>\nStudy the Final Project \/ Thesis script that has been received, and if necessary, provide markers and \/ or notes on parts of the manuscript that need to be corrected by students<\/p>\n<h4>Step 6<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Examiners and Students:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Prepare the tools needed for the online exam, namely:<br \/>\n1. PC, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone, which is equipped with an internet connection<br \/>\n2. Cisco Webex Meetings application, Google Meet, or other similar applications<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">2. EXAMINATION EXAMINATION<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Students are required to document the implementation of the exam in the form of screenshots (<em>screenshots<\/em>) the implementation of the exam in the virtual exam room<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Chairman of the Board of Examiners (Advisor I):<br \/>\n<\/strong>Open and invite examiners and students to enter the virtual exam room, 10 minutes before the scheduled exam time. The devices used for the online exam are:<br \/>\n1. PC, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone, which is equipped with an internet connection<br \/>\n2. Cisco Webex Meetings application, Google Meet, or other similar applications<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Examiners and Students:<br \/>\n<\/strong>a. Enter or join the virtual exam room, and test the connection \/ device used<br \/>\nb. Students prepare \/ open presentation files and manuscript files on the devices used, as well as prepare paper and writing tools as needed<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>The Test Begins:<br \/>\n<\/strong>a. The Chair of the Board of Examiners opens and guides the exam process<br \/>\nb. Student presentations for 10-15 minutes<br \/>\nc. Question and answer session by each board of examiners in turn<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Chairman of the Board of Examiners:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ask students to wait for the decision on the exam results, and temporarily remove students from the virtual exam room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Testers:<br \/>\n<\/strong>a. Closed discussion to provide an assessment and determine the outcome of graduation<br \/>\nb. Send the completed and digital signature of the Exam Assessment Sheet file to the Chair of the Board of Examiners for recapitulation, via the application <span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\"><strong>WA<\/strong> <\/span>or <span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\"><strong>E-mail<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 5<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Exams completed<br \/>\n<\/strong>a. The Chairman of the Board of Examiners re-enters students into the virtual exam room, then announces the passing exam results<br \/>\nb. Examiners send back the Final Project \/ Thesis Manuscript file to students for revision, through the application <span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\"><strong>WA<\/strong> <\/span>or <strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc99;\">E-mail<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nc. The Chair of the Examiners closed the virtual exam room<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 6<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Chairman of the Board of Examiners:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Submitting the Minutes and Examination Assessment Sheets to the Department, via the following form.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfT85Tx2w9PI-Xjrs3OMg_Vs3gNceH0ARHA-iAW639clyw0Xg\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Exam Assessment Form<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>3. POST EXAM<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Students who have passed the Final Project \/ Thesis examination must complete their revisions within a maximum period of 3 (three) months from the date of the examination.<\/li>\n<li>Students who do not complete the revision of the Final Project \/ Thesis until the maximum deadline determined, their graduation is declared invalid and students are required to repeat the exam.<\/li>\n<li>Students are required to write and submit scientific articles based on the Final Project \/ Thesis that has been tested in the Department.<\/li>\n<li>Final Project \/ Thesis results will only be issued after the student completes all of the above obligations<\/li>\n<li>After the score is out, students must immediately take care of the judicium process to the Faculty.<\/li>\n<li>If the graduation fails in the current semester, students are required to register academically and administer the yusidium in the following semester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>College student:<br \/>\n<\/strong>a. Make revisions and consult the revised results to testers online, through the Cisco Webex Meetings application, Google Meet, WA, Email, or other applications<br \/>\nb. Writing scientific articles based on tested Final Projects \/ Thesis<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Testers:<br \/>\n<\/strong>After the revision is complete and declared feasible, give approval \/ ratification of the revised manuscript and send the Ratification Sheet File that has been affixed with a digital signature (in .doc format), via the following form<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfKYvvTtgZW5JX_pFsfe08dPW6SGxwD3GWhAK7b6vXJbYfGRA\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Form for Validation of Exam Results<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>College student:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Send all the completeness of the Final Project \/ Thesis file via the following form, which consists of:<br \/>\na.
