The Regional Jamboree which was participated in was a program from the Indonesian Library and Information Student Association (HMPII), the implementation of this activity was held at Brawijaya University as the host. The implementation of this activity is under the auspices of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Universitas Brawijaya which is assisted by HMPIP FIA UB. This activity lasts for three days starting from April 12-14 2019 at Universitas Brawijaya with the aim of strengthening the relationship between the Library Science Study Program Student Association which is in DPW III. DPW III is chaired by Anggitto Suryo Hadi (Brawijaya University). As for the DPW III region, there are universities in Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java and Bali. Universities participating in this activity are State University of Malang (UM), Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Airlangga University (UNAIR), Yogyakarta Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN SUKA), and Tulungagung State Islamic Institute (IAIN Tulungagung).

This activity is the second activity previously carried out at the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta by presenting students from the library science study program association. The second Jamboree was held by the Student Association of Library Science Study Program, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya by presenting events such as seminars, discussions, social and recreation. The seminar was attended by 3 speakers, namely Mr. Haryanto (Editor in Chief Jatim News), Mr. Yogi Hartono (Digital Asset Manager CNN Indonesia), and Dr. Muhammad Shobaruddin, MA (Head of Library Science Study Program of FIA UB).

This activity was attended by 50 participants and 22 committees chaired by Muhammad Ryaas Fatria Rajasa. State University of Malang (UM) itself sent 5 delegates from the 2017 class, Diponegoro University (UNDIP) sent 21 delegates, Airlangga University (UNAIR) sent 3 delegates, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta (UIN SUKA) sent 12 delegates, and the Institute of Religion Islam Negeri Tulungagung (IAIN Tulungagung) sent 9 delegations.
