Entrepreneurship Seminar and Workshop
Saturday, March 23, 2019, there was an entrepreneurial seminar and workshop organized by HMJ German Literature attended by 45 participants, most of whom were German literature students. The event which took place in the Faculty of Letters Hall consisted of 2 sessions, the first was a seminar session, which was filled by Nurush Shofwatiz Zahro, S.Pd ,. He is an alumni of UM German Literature who is the founder of 'Hoffnung und Mut'. Hoffnung und Mut is a private institution that facilitates students and the general public who wish to study in Germany, besides that this institution also opens German language courses. In this session the participants were given the opportunity to ask the speakers regarding entrepreneurship and the institutions they manage.
The next session was a Workshop, which was guided by Mr. Andreas Syah Pahlevi, the coordinator of PMW UM. Before starting the Workshop Mr. Andreas shared his knowledge and experience in the field of entrepreneurship as well as some tips for starting a business. In a workshop event, of course, there are outputs produced by the participants. In this entrepreneurship workshop the participants made 'business plan ' as has been exemplified by Pak Andreas before. In the question and answer session the participants enthusiastically asked and consulted 'business plan ' they made.
Exactly 12.25 the event of the Entrepreneurship Seminar and Workshop ended. The committee from HMJ German Literature UM hopes that the participants can take lessons and benefit from this event. Apart from that, the participants also hoped that in the future there would be more events that would benefit and develop students' skills, especially German Literature.

Saturday - Sunday, 16-17 February 2019 at the Aria Gajayana Hotel opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Letters UM attended by BEM / DMF Advisory Lecturers, HMJ Advisory Lecturers, Reasoning Advisory Lecturers, Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer of Ormawa (DMF, BEM, and 5 HMJ) 2019 is expected to produce work programs that are relevant to the vision and mission of the faculty and refer to the work contract of the FS Dean with the UM Chancellor.
With an external resource, Dr. Sentot Kusairi (Deputy Dean III of FMIPA UM) and Dr. Heny Kusdiyanti (UM Reasoning Developer from the Faculty of Economics, UM), the participants were equipped with knowledge of formulating learning-based work programs and developing PKM interests.

The development of the art world has now moved so fast. Many new art forms have been presented by art actors to enliven the art world in Indonesia. Art is indeed something that will never be timeless and eroded out by the passage of time. Art will continue to live as long as the artist is still eager to channel the turmoil of artistic inspiration and the aspirations of thinking from within himself.
One of the forms of channeling the fluctuation of talents and interests in the art field was the holding of the 24th Pelangi Theater Members Training and Education. The 24th Member Training of Pelangi Theater is a form of appreciation from the Pelangi Theater Malang-Indonesia extended family for the development of the art world and as a forum for creativity for all members of the Pelangi Theater community, especially for prospective new members and the Pelangi Theater extended family.
In this 24th Pelangi Theater Members Training and Education we carry the theme "Theater: as a vehicle for educational expression", with the process of training and inauguration of new members, there will be a lot of new talents emerging, various characters will be found, and there are many works that will continue to be born from the Pelangi Theater family as a form of proof to ourselves that we continue to produce works. works in the presence of regeneration.
The 24th Member Training of the Pelangi Theater, State University of Malang has the following objectives.
- Regeneration and selection of new family members for the Pelangi Theater
- Introducing the basics of theater arts to training participants
- Training participants are able to master and apply the basics of theater arts
