- 28 September 2018 Joint revision of the PKM Proposal (located in the AVA Hall, E6 Building, 2nd Floor) and the signing of the validation sheet, statement of authenticity of PKM, and partners (PKMM) in the department / faculty;
- 3 - 5 October 2018Submission of proposals to universities, requesting passwords and usernames (in coordination with HMJ), and signing WR3; and

Acceptance of Proposals for the 2018 Student Creativity Program (PKM) Submission for 2019 Funding
We provide opportunities for students from your State and Private Universities to submit proposals for PKM 5 Areas (PKM-P, PKM-M, PKM-K, PKM-T, PKM-KC), PKM Karya Tulis (KT: PKM-AI, PKM-GT) and PKM Constructive Futuristic Ideas (PKM-GFK) for funding in 2019 with the following conditions:
- Preparation of proposals in accordance with the 2018 PKM Guidelines which can be downloaded on the page http://simbelmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/
- A student can join more than 2 (two) PKM proposals proposing teams, but can only be involved in 2 (two) funded proposal titles (as chairman and member, or both as members)
- Tertiary Education Institutions must conduct an internal evaluation of the PKM proposals submitted to their respective Tertiary Education Institutions to meet the number of quota obtained and proven by an official report on the results of the internal evaluation of the PKM proposal and an attached list of titles (format of minutes in the 2018 PKM Guidelines)
- Furthermore, please pay attention to the following matters:
a. Higher education through an operator account can find out the proposal clusters obtained, for those who do not yet have a PT operator account, they can apply for an account via email [email protected] with the format attached
b. Higher education institutions, through the operator's account, upload the official report on the results of the internal evaluation of the PKM proposal and an attached list of titles
c. Higher education through the operator's account registers the proposal proposal in accordance with the attached list of the title of the report on the results of the internal evaluation and the system will automatically create a student account for the proposing team leader after the proposal is registered to be given to the student who is the head of the proposing team concerned.
d. Students through the account of the proposing team leader must complete the applicant's identity and upload the proposal file (pdf format / maximum 5 MB) - The time for registration and submission of proposals is as follows:
a. PKM 5 Fields from 11 December 2018 to 10 January 2019 23:59 WIB
b. PKM-KT (PKM-AI, PKM-GT) and PKM-GFK from 18 December 2018 to 17 January 2019 at 23:59 WIB - We do not accept hardcopy proposals (hardcopy documents are kept at the proposing College for administrative purposes)
