This research, scheduled for February 2023, is part of a dissertation study and promises to bring fresh insights into the field of online education.
The research team is led by Prof. Utami Widiati, M.A., Ph.D. and involves two researchers, a doctoral student, Radina Anggun, and an assistant. This research team is led by Dr. Nurenzia Yannuar, two researchers namely Yusnita Febrianti, PhD. and Nanang Zubaidi, PhD., two students from our university namely Hana Fairuz Sholivita and Farah Ummul A. S., an assistant namely Nadia Galis Anugrah, and a domestic partner namely Nazarudin, PhD CANd. from the University of Indonesia.
The research explores how the Korean and English languages are used to construct the identity of K-pop fans in Indonesia. This study promises to shed light on the complex interplay between language, culture and identity in a globalized world.
We are honored to have Dr. Tom Hoogervorst from KITLV or The Royal Netherlands Institute of Southeast Asian and Caribbean Studies collaborating with us as a foreign researcher.
