Aware of this, the Faculty of Letters of UM in collaboration with TIMES Indonesia tries to intensify how to change the pattern of information which has tended to be more negative than positive. In his remarks at the training event to improve web management of the Faculty of Letters, Dr. Roekhan, M.Pd, as Deputy Dean 2 of the Faculty of Letters, UM said that it is important to build a good and positive communication pattern among the community. In this case, the Faculty of Letters UM, which has built information data on the website through its managers, is expected to be a pioneer of FACULTY NOW and of course by providing a variety of positive and useful information for the wider community 'We are trying to innovate to become a superior faculty through the website,' he said
